What You’ll Do

Read, understand, and create a solution for the requests created by our members in our Valet Management Platform.

Speak to our members by phone or messaging in a polite, professional, and calm manner.

Keep track of your open requests and prioritize which requests require immediate attention

Collect and present options back to our members where a member requires multiple options before making a selection.

Process member payments for services selected through the Valet App
Who You are
-
Personal assistants at Valet need to be fantastic at multi-tasking and working in high-pressure environments that require great attention to detail.

Preferably experienced in customer service, concierge, or valet roles previously.

Able to clearly articulate processes and solutions back to members.
