Personal assistants are at the heart of our business. Your role will be to respond to member's requests and use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complete the request in the most efficient and comprehensive way possible. 





What You’ll Do

  • Read, understand, and create a solution for the requests created by our members in our Valet Management Platform.

  • Speak to our members by phone or messaging in a polite, professional, and calm manner.

  • Keep track of your open requests and prioritize which requests require immediate attention

  • Collect and present options back to our members where a member requires multiple options before making a selection. 

  • Process member payments for services selected through the Valet App

Who You are

  • Personal assistants at Valet need to be fantastic at multi-tasking and working in high-pressure environments that require great attention to detail.

  • Preferably experienced in customer service, concierge, or valet roles previously.

  • Able to clearly articulate processes and solutions back to members. 

  • Computer literate and able to conduct research quickly and efficiently. Web, Word, Excel, and email skills are required.

  • Open and eager to learn. We provide full on-the-job training, we just need you to be open and willing to learn.
