Our delivery partners are a critical part of our business and we want our partners to have the same experience working with our members as our members have working with Valet. Partner development managers will be responsible for onboarding new partners and working with existing partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify new potential partners based on our member's requirements.

  • Contacting and onboarding new partners through our partner onboarding process.

  • Set up regular check-in meetings with existing partners to gather their feedback on working with Valet and identify areas we can collaborate with them to deliver a better experience for our members.

  • Resolve any escalations required between partners and members to ensure both sides reach an amicable resolution.

  • Provide reports back to the business to understand the different requirements of partners in different sectors.

Who You are

  • The ideal candidate will have experience setting up new partnership agreements and negotiating with suppliers.

  • You'll be an operator who can get results with minimal oversight and make decisions in the best interest of the business.

  • Ideally, you'll have experience working across multiple sectors and have a keen understanding of how different businesses work.

  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized will be critical to success in this role. As a start-up, no two days will be the same so the ability to organize and adapt is critical to success.
